Invoicing and collections
Invoicing, recording payments and knowing who owes you, all in the same place. No copying data from one spreadsheet to another, and no finding out late about an unpaid bill.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You invoice in one program and track debts in a separate spreadsheet.
- It is hard to tell how much you are owed and since when.
- You get paid and forget to record it, or record it twice.
- Closing the month means days of checking documents.
How we solve it
We review how you invoice today: how often, to what kind of customers and how you get paid. We also look at how payments are matched to invoices, because that is where the mess usually is.
The proposal brings everything into one flow: the invoice is issued, the payment is recorded when it arrives, and the customer's account updates by itself.
What it can include
- Invoices, credit and debit notes, and quotes.
- A customer account with the age of each debt.
- Payments by cash, bank transfer or online payment methods.
- Due-date reminders, so you can follow up on time.
- Sales ledger and reports for your accountant.
- A connection with your stock or sales system, if you have one.
Who it makes sense for
Businesses and companies that issue invoices every day and want to stop reconciling spreadsheets by hand.
Frequently asked questions
Can it issue electronic invoices?
Yes. In Argentina it connects to the tax authority's services (ARCA, formerly AFIP) to issue electronic invoices. The requirements depend on the type of taxpayer, and we go over them together.
What if I already have invoicing software?
It can stay, and be connected to whatever is missing, such as collections or reports. Replacing everything is not always needed.
Does it work for companies outside Argentina?
Yes. It is adapted to the taxes, currency and documents of each country.
