Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This website belongs to MaZaR, based in Tucumán, Argentina.

Data controller: Matias Azar, CUIT 20-27204486-5.

What data we receive and why

  • Contact form. Your name, company (optional), email and the message you write. We use them only to answer your inquiry and follow up on the conversation. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
  • Call booking. If you book a call, the details you enter in Cal.com (for example name, email and time) are received by Cal.com and by us.
  • Anti-spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When you start filling it in, a Cloudflare script loads, and it receives technical data from your browser and your IP address.
  • Abuse control. To limit repeated submissions we store an irreversible code (a hash, not your IP) together with the time of your submissions, for a short period.
  • Server logs. Like almost any website, the server records the IP address, the date and the page requested, for security and operational purposes.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data or hand it to third parties for commercial purposes. These providers are involved, only to deliver the service:

  • An email service, so the form message reaches our inbox.
  • Cloudflare, for the anti-spam check.
  • Cal.com, only if you book a call.
  • The provider that hosts the website.

Some of these providers are outside Argentina, so your data may be processed in other countries.

Cookies

This website does not use its own cookies or advertising cookies. The third-party services mentioned above may use their own storage in your browser when you use them.

How long we keep data

We keep your messages while the conversation lasts and for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, updating or deletion of your personal data. Write to us at the email shown at the bottom of this page.

Under Argentina's Law 25,326 (article 14, paragraph 3), data subjects can exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, handles complaints about non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we publish it on this page with the update date.

To exercise your rights or ask about your data, write to us at [email protected].
